We made the preventive activities performed by the health subcenter´s aid nurse and the treatment activities immediately taken charge of by the medical insurance cooperative of the regional commu nity, by the means of establishing dispensary in Gun Su Moyn health subcenter. We analysed the materials 1,903 people of 346 familes entered into the medical insurance coopperative. We used in means of evacuating the severe patients to the general hospital in the town. (We counted the difference between the cost of treatment including personnel expenses at the primary medical care station and the treatment cost of the out patients of the general hospital in town.
The use rate of the primary medical care station was 56% per years.
1. Supposing that 10, 000 people of the rayon level regional community all enter into the medical insurance cooperative and the light patients are treated in the primary medical care station, the regional people can have.the benefit of the reduction of medical expenses approximately 6, 900, 000 Won per year.
2. It is possible to enlarge the extent of medical benefit to the regional people and to encourage the development of practitioners by changing the health subcenter of the whole country into the primary medical care station and making the treatment activities performed autonomously and making the primary medical care station have the trust contract with the practitioners in the town.
3. It is showed that the rate of entering the medical insurance cooperative has nothing to do with the stratification of income.
4. It is desirable to enlarge the members of the cooperative by regulating the amount of a greatin-aid to the patients of evacuation trust treatment and also by moderating the expenses for entering the medical insurance cooperative.
